EDIT Airbnb shelter for disaster victims

Airbnb has launched a new tool for disaster response in an effort to make things easier for guests willing to provide free housing to disaster survivors. In 30 minutes or less from the time of problems, the solution is to send emails to local users and ask them if they would like to offer their rooms at no charge. Thoughtful people will then be able to register your space on a special page where you can easily find generous souls to keep. P2P hosting service was inspired to prepare the plan after their customers in New York have opened their homes to the survivors of Hurricane Sandy, and had to improvise a portal for connecting people. With the new system in place, the company hopes to quickly reach multiple hosts and guests and make the process of supply and a more effective emergency housing.
